i have about 3 tough work days a week. so can get pretty tired and just want to sleep on off days but that is obv not good use of time.
so I take about 3 doses of 300 mg of caffeine every other day. Not everyday.
What do you think? Some say not to go over 400 mg, some 600, some say 1000. For me i take it every other day 900 mgs.

cool.
what are you using caffeine for?
since i rarely drink caffeine now, when i occasionally do, i get jittery/amp'd real ez. wrecks me.

make sure you don't substitute stimulant for sleep. i take in caffeine but also get above average hours of sleep. i can also stop caffeine for days without any issues.
it starts to negatively affect you if rely on the substance to keep you functioning because you cut your rest/sleep short. if 900 doesn't get you crashing in the long run and gets you thru work then go for it.

go a few weeks at 0mg, then add it back but stick to 100mg. You can do 200mg once a while for an extra boost but anything over 200mg is overkill. Im caffeine free for a couple of months now but even when i was doing daily training, 100mg worked fine. And by that i mean i could train at my normal level without needing any more despite taking it daily.
