fried banana with honey on top

cut into 1" pieces
put some butter in the pan
cook on medium for ~3-5 minutes
pour a little bit of salt on them
remove and drizzle some honey on them

dunno if you're taking suggestions, but:

1. mix together 2T red chili powder, 2t cumin, 1t coarse salt, 1.5t dried oregano, 1t onion powder, 1t garlic powder, 0.25t cinnamon, 0.25t allspice, 0.25t cayenne
2. dip 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs in the spice mixture, to coat
3. place chicken in crock pot
4. pour 2/3c pineapple juice over chicken
5. add 2T tomato paste
6. cook on low for 6+ hours
7. shred chicken
8. profit

Sounds good as f*k. You posted this in the recipes thread before right? I think I remember you raving about it. I don't have a crock pot. I'm going to look into it.

i don't think i posted it before. i do remember posting the crock pot pulled pork recipe i use. that is also delicious.

crock pots > *, make it easy to cook cheap, tasty meals.
