In terms of stimulants, im going to switch to nicotine patches or lozenges from ecigarrette vaporizers. Ecigs are destroys lungs, similar to real smoke.

I don't think ECIGS are anywhere near as bad as real smoke, but not of it is optimal. Are you gonna try get off the nicotine completely one day?

I'm not too worried about caffeine, I'm worried about some of the other ingredients here:

Does any experts know if these ingredients can cause long term affects or damages?

They're mostly vitamins and amino acids. You can read plenty about all the active ingredients on examine.com

Dunno about any of the flavorings listed.tho

Coffee is cheap, delicious and crammed with health benefits...won't be giving up my daily habit anytime soon

Caffeine is good. Plenty of benefits from studies, even some claiming it's protective of the heart etc. Personally I wouldn't take preworkout powders b/c the dosing is hard to get right. A 200mg tab of caffeine is a 200mg tab of caffeine. How much caffeine is in a scoop of preworkout powder? There's two sources of variance, how much powder is in the scoop and how uniformly the powder is combined at the factory. I'd just stick to tabs, cheap, convenient and exact.
