not sure if you guys can get this easily at normal places but in Taiwan and in Asian markets in USA you should be able to find these...

canned eel, usually roasted but there are 2-3 other flavors, usually 100grams per can
ingredients: sea eel, refined sucrose, brewed soy sauce, chili paste, maltose, bbq sauce, sea salt, condiments
no artificial flavoring/coloring, no msg, no preservatives

239 kcal
21.8 g protein
11.4 g total fat
2.3 g saturated fat
0.0 g trans fat
10.0 g carbohydate
810.5 mg sodium

other than slightly high sodium (not really a problem for us i think) do you guys think it's pretty healthy?!  cost is slightly under $1 a can.  they're quite tasty too!  i love them.
