Cheap sources of Protein

Eggs
milk(powederd aswell)
ground chuck
cheese
peanut butter

anything else? That is cheap and can get great protein from? ground beef/chuck will take a while to cook..

dno what cvs or gnc is, but it sounds expensive. check out some stores where you can buy in bulk, like trueprotein (i think) or myprotein for europe

$14 for 16 scoops? Yikes, buddy, you got gouged. Trueprotein.com = $55 for 10 lbs. Don't know how many scoops that is, my guess would be about 150-200. Lasts me about 6 months.

2.Nuts (cheap in bunches w. raising like this, preferably walnuts/almonds)
3.(black) Beans (prob. cheapest per $)
4.Cottage Cheese / soft curd cheese / greek yoghurt
5.Frozen Chicken Breast
6.Quinoa

Also: Buy in bulk.

Good deal. You need a membership to Sam's though. Parents have that. I'm pretty sure you could get the same kind of deal at a Costco if you have one near you.

got ground chuck beef for $5 a lb..4 oz is 21 grams of protein...So that's a natural source to go along with the whey

Whey=whey, so get the cheapest one... if it has slightly less protein per serving u can just take a bigger serving and it's still cheaper than the IONIZED ALIENATED EXPLOSIVE SPECIAL WHEY ;)

Canned fish in general (Especially Tuna).
There's also ground turkey or similar.

Up here in Canada, grocery stores sometimes put certain foods (look for chicken breasts) half off when they're close to the supposed expiry date. You can load up on those and throw them in the freezer. Cheap source of protein.
