Which one is better? Factoring in cost. Beef is obv more expensive. I've heard "studies" or "findings" that chicken may be hard to digest and/or absorbed because of lechitin. OBV salmon beats all.
Anyway please discuss.

@LBSS's comment: lmao
@hyperdunk:No Fish No Way, I have started to not like beef anymore due to a bad beef burger experience, it just didn't taste right.
lamb, chicken. But you are right that Beef is the better one of course and chicken is the cheaper, all of the undigestable rubbish is just rubbish
that's what they say about raw egg. it might be best if you don't listen to everything on the internet hard to distinguish right from wrong.

Fish beats all.... but sadly I'm allergic to fish (some people develop an allergy to the protein when maturing) and now no more sushi or canned tuna for me :-[ ... But go to walmart or sams club and buy chicken breasts in bulk. Very cost effective and a ton of protein to eat so you can :ibsquatting: and :ibjumping: and :personal-record:
