Compound 14: Pill that mimics effects of working out

They are trying to make pills that essentially are better than steroids because you don't need to do anything for them to work.  1 kind of pill will build muscle, another will produce fat to burn fat and one will grow blood vessels in muscles.  Apparently some of them have already been put on the banned list for sports...shocker lol

Idk about other peoples experience on here with not so legal anymore herbal supplements but I had 0 side effects on prohormones compared to legal test boosters and when I was on a ECA stack I felt better than on another legal fat burner that no matter what time I took it, I slept about 1-2 hrs a night and had such little appetite I usually forgot to eat until dinner.

So what im getting at is, it will be interesting to see what happens with these pills(I'm sure it will be terrible) but I've experienced a lot of terrible supplements that gnc tells everyone is fine to use.

So any thoughts on this?  Will you take it on a regular basis or on rest days or is it for douche bags?

hm?

roids also work without doing anything, iirc at least one study found that dudes gain more lean mass on roids without working out than off roids with working out.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

eh maybe to a certain extent depending on how much you take but I've read quite a few times of people who "know somebody" chances are themselves that took steroids and didnt do much if not anything and got fat.

But steroids arent going to give you this I just worked out effect

the people that got fat probably got more muscle, too, they just overate and were lazy on top of it.

To quote Lyle: "No shock, the placebo group had no change in anything. Training alone got the guys four and a half pounds LBM in 10 weeks. But steroids alone worked better: 6.6 pounds LBM in the same 10 weeks. With just one shot in the butt every week. Clearly training and exercise was synergistic and the third group gained close to what you’d predict from adding steroids and training alone together. But steroids alone built more muscle than training alone and just as much strength."

training alone for 10 weeks: 4.5 pounds LBM gained
600mg of test per week and no training for 10 weeks: 6.6 pounds of LBM gained
600mg of test per week and training for 10 weeks: 13 pounds of LBM gained

point is, roids make your muscles grow.

EDIT: maybe i don't know what you mean by "just worked out" effect.

I would see that doing everyday things while on roids would help considering the increase in testosterone but this other stuff...ill link the article

http://www.gizmag.com/compound-14-exercise-mimic/38650/

The small molecule, dubbed "compound 14", works by inhibiting the function of a cellular enzyme involved in metabolism called ATIC. This causes an accumulation of another molecule in the cells called ZMP, which tricks the cells into acting as if they are running out of energy, kicking AMPK into action to trigger the cells to increase glucose uptake and metabolism.

I think this article is older than the one I read but it seems to do this without increasing test levels n what not.  I wouldn't have taken this serious but i saw it on quite a few news channels and what not and figured it'd be worth checking out.

What I imagine is you take this shit and shit idk, maybe you feel like you just did a 40 min workout or something idk lol
