Title: cooked?

iv been eating tons of spinach lately. Iv been cooking it. Do the steroids in spinach get killed off when cooked? Or steroid wise, does it not make a difference if its cooked or not. btw darq i know wat ur goin to say...

I drink about 30 grams of spinach mixed with 60 grams of Kale and bunch of fruits and hemp protein powder in my smoothie. Yes, cooking can destroy nutrients in spinach
