I personally didn't start this thread to post an impressive "improvement" transformation, though it will probably be used for that.

The moment you realize that the shrunk version is still 186cm/120kg ( 6'1'' / 265 lbs ) !!!  :o :o :o

eddie hall - 6'3.5 427lb 29yr old. announces retirement from WSM. good for him. i don't think the body can take that much substance abuse without breaking.
