I smoke about 2 ciggarettes a day. Is that really bad for training? 1 in the morning to wake me up and 1 at night after a meal.

I've tried to quit but the stresses of life gets me back to it.

The fact that you had to ask means you probably already know the answer to this and just want some sort of validation.

I really don't know if 2 ciggarrettes is that bad. Ricardo Mayorga is a heavy smoker and can endure boxing match the most brutal cardio....
