Title: Switching Proteins.....

I'm thinking of switching from whey protein to another type, such as rice protein.

I know that whey is better/faster absorbed by the body than other proteins, however, i believe vegetable proteins may be the healthiest.

I don't believe switching from whey to rice protein will make a difference in my road to 40 in SVJ.

What do you think?
