Title: The Benefits of Eating 1 big meal a day
Post by: fast does lie on July 30, 2017, 09:07:43 pm
So far I have been doing something that seems to work okay.

I would wake up and only eat snacks, take some preworkout or coffee before training, at the most eat a light meal, nothing over 400 Kcal.

Post workout I'd eat some light and solid stuff like protein + fruits/snacks.

Then before bed time, the real meal; chicken, rice, macaroni, beef, potatoes, etc of about 1200-2000 kcal. This also allows you to sleep well with a full stomach. The only problem is that it seems to stretch out my belly like a pregnant woman.

Your thoughts?

You've already been told this by LBSS, so not sure why you're confused: I'm pretty sure you got negged because you keep creating new topics unnecessarily and cluttering the board. Look at the last few topics you've created just in the nutrition section. One is helpful (caffeine/pre-workout etc), the others are just rambling thoughts. They could have just been journal posts - you'd probably get more feedback that way too.

i used to eat like this but trying to spread it out more now. its great for staying lean but i'm pretty sure my digestive system fucking hates it...constant abdominal distention, literally couldn't do anything after eating big meal either so it was always the end of the day once i did...or if i ate like 8pm id spend the rest of the night just bloated and tired not doing anything....waste.
