Used to take creatine, stopped training for few years, now not taking creatine..... don't really see any difference w/o it.... any reason i should take it?
I care about health over performance, after all, what good is it to get a 40 SVJ and not have a healthy body?
I don't want to take anything that could have any kind of negative affect to my inner organs....

lose 40 pounds if you care about your health and stop trying to be creatine wise and pound foolish.
