Screw you. Stretching is awesome. Static stretching may be boring and kind of annoying. Dynamic stretching ftw.

Yeah the dynamic one is pretty cool, but when I say stretching I'm talking about the static one.

I like the hamstring PNF stretch, every time I do that I feel 20 lbs lighter for a few minutes afterwards.
