Man that's just a great link, I was aware of all these facts. But the humor in that article is incredible... I haven't laughed like this reading an article in a long time, it's just great.

And yes, my crow does recognize faces. For example, my mom can caress her if the crow doesn't sees my mom face (she sees really well even with lights off, she might be aware of scent too). But if she sees her, she gets defensive and pecks and gets out all kinds of noises.

Like here:

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=thbfb7AZ8YE" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=thbfb7AZ8YE</a>

To me, instead, she's gentle and "cool". I mean, she doesn't even have a problem at all. She takes good care of not pecking too hard, eating stuff off my palm etc, unless you touch her legs/feet. Then she gets outraged and pecks really hard.

And she's really aware of stuff, if you hide things (she does that a lot) under cups or carpets etc and she sees you, you better believe the next thing she does is going out there and taking a look under that cup or carpet. And a lot of stealing food by the way.

I need to film her playing with the ping-pong ball or looking in the mirror as well. The first time she looks in the mirror she starts "screaming" out REALLY loud, like maximally loud, because she's not really aware that's a mirror. But then, after say 1-2 minutes, she becomes aware that it's a mirror. Like, "hm... that crow does the same things as me... it's a mirror... sorry... no more screaming for me".

A lot a lot of cool stuff. Except for when I let my head down and she grabs my hair. That's not cool. Bad crow, bad!

The funny (and dangerous) thing is that I can actually sit my head on her head without her pecking/reacting. I need to be really careful when doing that unless I like having an eye out, but nevertheless, I do it and she doesn't mind... maybe I'll film that one day.

PS. Go fuck yourselves, squirells!

Cracked.com is HILARIOUSSS but even if it wasn't funny, it'd still read it all the time just because it's so interesting to me.
