I'm sorry about the toe. I won't stop being friends with anybody unless they stop being friends with me... I can barely make time to meet with all of the friends i have on a regular basis, and a vast majority of them are really good friends and helped me one way or the other in time... I like how being sad and seeing things i don't like equals instant pump for the gym/dunks, so emo is the way to be

I've had a very bad headache all day (never had this) and my right elbow flexors been hurting for weeks and now that i squat a lot it got much worse. After every set of squats i almost can't move my right arm...

i've had that with the arm after squats, but lifting my grandpa is the culprit, wrecks up my rotator cuff, then i unrack the bar and i can't move my arm for 15seconds or so.

im still sore today, quads and hamstrings especially.. very sore.. toe bugging a little more too.

WHY LORD, WHY.

I walk past the Ahmadiyya mosque in DC every time I go to the gym. It's literally a quarter block away. Never knew this shit about them. Snuff films really, REALLY NOT COOL OR OKAY TO POST, in my opinion..

The organization I work for is affiliated with a different group of marginalized/oppressed Muslims.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

i don't necessarily consider that snuff?? it would be more appropriate in the politics subforum though for sure.

i've posted the kenyans being burned alive because tribes thought they were "witches", because they didnt conform to christianity, in the politics subforum.

ya that video is disgusting but it's more of a 'news related' vid to me..

religion is gey.

Got like 2 fucking hours of sleep. failed a test because i did'nt know about it. Besides that test, I had another FUCKING Monday test. My thumbs hurts from shoveling snow yesterday(first time this has happened, it's weird pain) My old school buddies mom died suddenly after a surgery. I feel asleep in on of the hardest classes I have. And right now, i'm wasting time instead of doing a debate research project that is due tomorrow.

I feel better now :) Just need to get them off my chest

1st post to this specific thread, and this is not in the least bit relevant to any of the topics above me, but I haven't been quite this depressed in a while I friggin hate my job more and more.  At this current moment I don't even want to be a "trainer" or a CSCS anymore, I want to find a 9 - 5 regular old office job.  Being a trainer/CSCS has its perks but this crap is getting old.  I just feel like I got a lot on my mind, for no real reason that I can think of.
