i work with an albanian. crazy woman.

i'm a white anglo-saxon protestant like you would not believe. mostly english, scottish and german with a bit of dutch and a very tiny bit of irish thrown in. all four of my grandparents' families (i.e., people bearing their last names) were over here before the revolutionary war.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

They somehow lack simple logic... very weird...
And the men are stubborn and have no temper...

I came out with intelligence and temper though (somehow). Pretty much no one in my family's like me. Maybe it was my American upbrining?

Bengali (parents are form Calcutta, in the state of West Bengal, India, not bangladesh).
"Performance during stretch-shortening cycle exercise is influenced by the visco-elastic properties of the muscle-tendon units. During stretching of an activated muscle, mechanical energy is absorbed in the tendon structures (tendon and aponeurosis) and this energy can subsequently be re-utilized if shortening of the muscle immediately follows the stretching. According to Biscotti (2000), 72% of the elastic energy restitution action comes from tendons, 28% - from contractile elements of muscles.
