32 x 5-  26 x 4 - 20 x 5 (dropset)

Lat pulley
67 * 10
77 x 6 - 57 x 5 - 40 x 7 (dropset)
77 x 5 - 57 x 8 - 40 x 9 (dropset, too light)

Machine row (apparently can not do any other rows with ankle)

No core and leg yet, leg feels exhausted, core because I'm being a bitch and overly sensitive about my ankle.

'Sup, been a while.

- Made a hightlight reel of my last season:
http://www.adarq.org/forum/pics-videos-links/jard's-highlighttape/new/#new

- Close to getting my university degree.

- Got a lot bigger.

- Ankle injury is doing well, might have some bone spurs that are keeping me from being 100% though.

-About to start training for basketball again, logging that sh!t.

Good shit. Think a few in-game dunks would've helped, but the footage looks real solid already. What league is that?
