balls of feet are bugging me... especially the left foot. the pain started on friday (worst day) and was exacerbated by walking in poor shoes... I then walked 17+ miles on saturday which wasn't the best idea but it should be okay. i will not jog/sprint/jump until im good. fasfasfasflkj.

- not moving jaw as i switch between vowels
- getting loud
- hitting mask, i currently am way too far in the back of my throat
- staying still, i like to move my hips
my range increased a ton once i started correctly placing vowels
