Puke 'til you squat!

Great rebound out of the hole by the way.

Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

What really matters is, what's his SLRVJ?

He's wearing a squat suit, depth was shallow, rep took too long, did not finish the rep himself.

lbss, if i squat ~1-1.2 bw, and jump 35
and he squats ~3 bw, then his slrvj is 100 inches
37.5
