Anytime you hear Tom Tellez talk about track and field its a good idea to listen.  He has one of the most extensive resumes in track and field, coaching several elite jumpers and sprinters including Carl Lewis, and he lives about 45 minutes down the road from me haha.

I mean, he's absolutely right about what he says. And he's in pretty good shape too at 75.

The thing I love the most about these coaches is that they confirm a lot (A LOT) of my theories that I conceived just by observation and sometimes using myself as the guinea pig. So it's great to hear great coaches confirming what you were suspecting, especially when you get into arguments with retarded coaches that just follow books without thinking about what actually happens in a movement etc.

So it's very rewarding for me :D
