I dunno what it is about it but I sort of like it or at least drawn to his training vids. Its sort of artistic, sort of functional, sort of crazy but damn strong nonetheless. I guess we're seeing a lot more of that, training with sort of artistic component instead of direct measurable goals.

yeah those aren't actual training vids, they're showing off. i'm with coges, i'd do all that shit if i was strong and mobile* enough, it looks really fun.

*to me that's the most amazing aspect of his vids and the reason i followed him: the guy can move. lots of dudes can deadlift a lot of plates. not many dudes can do a back-pistol-squat-eccentric-to-sots-press-to-OHP-to-pistol-squat-concentric.
