^Just for the record, because it doesn't show the description in the embedded video, this is 220kg ( 485 lbs ) and his current category is -77kg.  So even if he is around 85 now it is still 2.5*BW.

OMG WTF. #BarBender
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

He competed at 94kg in late August, so he might be weighing like 100kg at the mo?

it's not super beast, but beast nonetheless.. Chase has been putting in tons of high rep trap bar DL's lately. good set, probably close to 2 x BW for 21 reps.
