haha, guess not.

what? this is not the car thread. this is the beast thread. if you want a car thread, start a car thread.

How astute
"Performance during stretch-shortening cycle exercise is influenced by the visco-elastic properties of the muscle-tendon units. During stretching of an activated muscle, mechanical energy is absorbed in the tendon structures (tendon and aponeurosis) and this energy can subsequently be re-utilized if shortening of the muscle immediately follows the stretching. According to Biscotti (2000), 72% of the elastic energy restitution action comes from tendons, 28% - from contractile elements of muscles.

You guys might want to stop posting dunks in the beast thread , there is a sticky thread for dunks:
http://www.adarq.org/forum/basketball/the-%27regular-people-dunking-thread%27/

No big deal , those dunks are beasty too , i just think its better for everyone if we post more organised , especially when there are dedicated sticky threads for a certain topic.

The dunks thread should be moved here then. The beast thread is nice to look at before workouts so I thought I'd post that dunk here even though it has been seen before.

^Well , 9 consecutive dropstep tomahawks seemed beasty to me.
He is 6'6'' so supposing a reach between 8'6'' and 9'' and also supposing he gets ~15'' above rim to throw down those tomahawks, those jumps would be in the 27 to 33 area.
So yeah , not that beasty overall, maybe not even close!  :uhhhfacepalm:
