^Yup, obvious size diff is obvious, from what i see in wikipedia Brian Shaw is 6'8''/440lbs, Phil Heath is 5'9'' competing in the light heavyweight division ( over 176-1/4 lbs. up to & including 198-1/4 lbs ).

that was an alternate grip. still extremely awesome.

^having long arms and being short help tremendously in the deadlift. I wonder what his squat is, it's probably lower than the deadlift.

Whereas in the previous post from LBSS, the lifter's squat is much greater than his deadlift and his arms are just normal avg proportions so that when he is in a deadlift position his knees are at a more acute angle.

Don't know if this has been shared he before (it should have been!) but I ran into the local legend Obea Moore today on the track.  He claims that although he doesn't train anymore he can still run sub 47 if you give him 1 month of preparation.   Anyway, here is his famous (locally) anchor leg in the 4x400 in 95.  Quality sucks, but fast-forward to the last leg and watch what is still the greatest comeback of all time.  The crowd noise and anticipation make you want to get to the track and run instantly.
