Scooby, is that rim 10' and is your hand size 8''?
If so, that jump could have probably reach the incredible 40'' milestone.
You need to touch 1'' below your wrist to be able to flex the wrist inside the rim like you did.
So easy maths : jump height = ( rim - reach ) + hand size + 1'' = 120'' - 89'' + 8'' + 1'' = 40''

Is a 10, I go measured it myself...
back in the days I have trouble reaching the rim and I thought this rim is higher than normal....
so I took the tools to measure it personally.. and found out it is JUST a normal 10'

back then, I was quite sad.. because of this fact....

and i just measured my hand size
small hand i got at 7.5inch MAX length
(not 100% sure on where to start at the wirst for the measurement)

So..39.5" Vert.....
may be...
just may be.. I can... land a dunk ... some time in the near future...

Thanks Vag... for the support..
mean alot to me.

First off, I don't think anyone will care if you claim that as a 40''. Your shoulder is barely dislocated at all! Everyone knows: if vag thinks it's xx'', then it is, end of story.

Secondly...that is absolutely fucking phenomenal man. Holy shit. Jumping 40'' at your age after all this time....predominantly jumping on CONCRETE.  Do you have cybernetic joints? You have copped a lot of flack (mostly from me lol) but damn. That is impressive. If I was a hat-wearing guy it would be well-and-truly the fuck OFF. Well done.

Now please, don't do anything stupid, don't go and run a marathon or powerlift, just take 3-4 days off, rest, mediate, visualise, get sleep (no playstation til 4AM for god's sake), stretch, get a massage. Then go out there and do that same jump again with a lobber and DUNK! This is it buddy! You can do it now. Judgement day is here. Do your best!

I agree with acole, you can dunk now.
When i landed my first ( from the very few total ) 10' dunk, my max touch was the exact same as yours, 1'' below wrist, being able to flex my wrist in the rim but barely.
And i didn't even need a lob, just a ball with a damn good grip that i could palm. The ball in the hands detracted a couple of inches but even with wrist at-or-a-tiny-bit-below rim you can have the ball over the rim and power it down with your fingers. Just have to have a really good grip at it.
Here is the snapshot from that dunk, that frame is the maximum height of the dunk, next frame i am starting to flex the wrist to land it:

Everyone knows: if vag thinks it's xx'', then it is, end of story.

Some of those jumps looked really serious. Your approach is looking very powerful lately. Everything is lining up.

Definitely agree. Especially with the"dont go run a marathon or powerlift" part of it. You've hit a groove in your training so keep it up. Also get some dunk practice in because you may surprise yourself with that new power.

my youtube comment:

great work man.. you can really see the 'float' on some of those jumps. really got up great on a few of those.
