Hand timed? I doubt its legit then.

Look at the combine this year, the NFLs 'pro' hand time guy was.consistently fast on the clock but the electronically timed numbers for players were much slower. This guys fast for sure but I doubt the validity pf anything hand timed.

lol no. not legit. he's fast as hell but not 4.19, even by NFL combine measuring techniques.
