His 16 ( :o ) years old brother :

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tBlITRdCnFE" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tBlITRdCnFE</a>
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

I think he's one of the best in the world right now. and the best thing is that he's underrated and unknown - I mean he's not famous like TFB dunkers or others

I wouldn't say "unknown". I think every good dunker or dunk enthusiast pretty much knows him. He's just not really affiliated (yet) with any such group as far as I know.

Thank Youuu, lol I don't really workout to gain vert, but I have tried squatting. I can only do about 1.2 times my weight, and my vert is at abot 46 running. I dunk every single day, my body has gotten used to it so I am increasing vertical this way after giving myself two days rest. With that in mind, think I should still try regularely working out for my legs?

I looked up his standing reach and it is 8' 1" being 6' 1" tall. I'm 6' even and his reach is 3.5 inches higher than mine! He must have long arms.
Last time I played basketball. 1995. Got to relearn all skills over again. If you're aging, don't quit BB. It may help keep you feeling younger.
