haha..it the same youtube channel as the split squat depth jump..i feel sorry for the athletes looks to be bad coaching..

deadlift video ..his back is paralell with the floor..bad coaching..i would say  injuries are at a all time high

ya... he has some good vids but most are such sloppy form.. like he doesnt look at all at the form.. on the split squat drops you can hear him saying "nice"

This is the same dumbass channel where the guy doing a standing vertical jump had his feet together and they had horrible reach measurements.

kids that age shouldnt be doing shock training..this video is even worse then the fat kids split squats..

thats not as bad considering the form (probably rounding bad though if you see it from a better angle) in his other videos, but, i can just imagine who he has doing those seated gm's.. probably not prepared at all for them.
