old mix of when i was getting back into dunking the last time...but id like to get back to at least this within a few months

try to dunk off the dribble,you get greater momentum and you can jump easier

wow man that was really impressive, if you improved your body comp and dropped some fat you would be flying

thanks, my goal is 200 even but id be happy with 205-210
so ill be more focusing just on lower body work startin next week and a lot of cardio, my upperbody has more than enough size and power on it
