Pics from yesterday's session. the camera was placed on top of my bag wich was on a chair, so less of a grounded angle than usual. These are frames from different dunks, all mades. PB? 90 cm or so? what do you guys think? waiting for feedback.

first one on the almost destroyed backboard :P

My "usual" hoop

best dunk of the session, maybe the best ever for me, brought the ball way back from my standard, powerfull slam.

you will emil. gotta drop a raw video (so darq can choose some dunks from there for the adarq.org mix) as soon as I get some serious dunks in trieste also. Can't wait. And thx BTW, your comments are always appreciated ;)
Quoted so no one misses the pics

They are all very high , awesome progress!!!  :highfive:  :ibjumping:
There is some distortion but still , given hand angle and all i'd say it's safe to say wrist was 2-3'' above rim , what is your reach again?
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

Thx so much Vag!
Yeah, some distorsion is there. reach is 2m37cm. My hands (top of the middle finger to wrist) are 19 cm long (damn small hands).
I coffee'd after a long time (I usually never drink coffee) and just jumped the best I can. I actually thought somebody lowered both the rims LOL! I just couldn't believe it really.

Yes , coffee always helps , even more if you don't use it often.
Well , our estimations agree , 2-3'' wrist over rim is 324 to 327 so vert is 87 to 90 cm , 35.5'' , awesomeness!!!

MADNESS!

I filled my bag in order to gain some cm and raise the camera a little bit more (5 to 7 cm), but I guess the result is not so relevant :\. Here are today's best screenshots. Waiting for your comments as usual.

I actually tried to hit the backboard with the head and didn't succed because of insane fear on the first try, as I wasn't thinking I was able to actually do that and almost crushed my head on it LOL.

And yeah, I tried to pull the legs. Wanted to try something different. I am mad for that first miss, felt really high. I'm happy with the cool frames though :)

Looking good. I bet that orange ball has so much grip, Flip has a similar one and we dunk that so well.

yeah, one of the best outdoor balls ever. funny thing is sometime I got more grip with the black, old and worn out ball, and I actually jump my best with it. whatever the reason is, I bring both of them with me on the court, just in case...

ya im afraid too unless it has a pad.. if it doesn't have a pad, you go for it then in the air you're like forget this. hah

you could really cut up your head on that kind of backboard.. would make for nice video i guess hah.

Just my luck. When I'm at my best, injuries happen.
Minor ankle sprain today during pick up games. I was able to walk on my feet, it hurts a bit though. I wanted to upload a new video for my birthday (next sunday) with some dunks recorded in trieste also...I just hope to be able to feel fine for friday's planned dunk session.

Bleh :\
