It seems to me the RL plant with right hand dominant creates a different style of dunking then the LR plant with right hand dominant. With his his style of plant it really allow him to jump sideways and bring the ball back.. I really envy this as it makes for much smoother dunking especially for in game dunks..

windmill consistently/ touch top of the square consistently



weight= 193
height= 6'3 1/2
highest touch= top of the square, which is 11'4

yep. RL with R hand dunks look really powerful.

on the other hand LR plants with R hand allows you to do other things more easily, like up-and-unders and 360's.

still looking for beeing healthy, right now after every session I feel some pain in my hips but soon I'll rest and then try to put my work on a higher level
