Just throwing up some vids from today's workout. You cant really see what weight i am using as the gym is pretty dark but will get a better angle with better lighting tomorrow.
Bench - 120kg + 20kg of chain (Working on technique today)

Thanks man. Yeah was too easy but Andy ( one of the strength coaches) wanted to work on technique or i would have went heavier. Yeah chains are awesome

Had to go into windows movie maker for this to increase the brightness as the gym was too dark. My training partner has a better quality cam so hopefully better quality vids to come.

This will be the cam that me and my training partner will be using from now on, mines wasn't that good. This is 226kg or 236kg, cant remember, despite the description saying 246kg.

Some body english on T bar and i am upright quite a bit, but it trashed my back and hit the part of the back i wanted to hit. Bench Vid to come soon.
