i'm just hoping a secret service guy will snap and put him out of his misery.

US JOBLESS CLAIMS SURGE BY 3 MILLION
NEWSFLASH: More than three million Americans signed on for jobless benefit last week, as the Covid-19 outbreak hit the US economy hard.

The initial jobless claims figure, just out, and shows that 3.283m people across the US filed for unemployment support in the week to Saturday March 21.

An absolutely huge, historically bad, figure.

That absolutely shatters the previous record of nearly 700,000 back in 1982, and is a clear sign that the US economy is being battered by the coronavirus outbreak. The previous week, 281,000 people filed initial claims.

It’s much worse than most economists expected, and means millions of households across America are feeling severe financial pain.

yea man. it's very bad here, and we're just getting started. only a few states are taking it very seriously, many others aren't. fed gov isn't doing what it should be to get supplies/equip to health care workers. it's going to be tragic, most likely.

looks like Spain is getting hit extremely hard.

Mexico/Brazil presidents are apparently not worried about it at all.

lots of major catastrophe's in the works.

trump's about to have the blood of hundreds of thousands or millions on his hands. same goes for anyone who has the power to remove him from office (the cabinet, senate republicans, a secret service agent who's just taken intro to philosophy and is pondering the trolley problem...).

The world is "not winning" the coronavirus battle. It took 2 months for the first 100,000 cases, 12 days for the next 100,000, 4 days for the 3rd & 1.5 for the 4th. "This is exponential growth" - UN chief Guterres to the G20 today.

nuts :/

he definitely will.

so far, his approval numbers have gone up.... i'm sure that will change once the bodies really start piling up, but it's depressing that his "numbers" would go up at all, given how horrible our response to this has been, primarily because of his malicious leadership.

but yea man, there's going to be a true "reckoning" at some point because of this. surprised he hasn't already (from the looks of it, seems like he actually hasn't gotten it).

as for your secret service scenario.. he might actually just get cv19 at some point.
