Finally, some justice. the supereme court in the UK have decided unanimously that the joint enterprise rule has been wrongly interpreted to convict people of murder or causing serious injury giving them the right to give life sentences on the basis of foresight of the crime occurring, which has been rejected but can be used as evidence. This is a serious step forward alhamdulillah, and they are expecting a lot appeals to be made after this ruling.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

saturday: run tempo/VO2 max/speed x 6-8 km

I made the application a few weeks back, so this should help with the application.
