ZION isn't going to get worse.

as long as he stays healthy, he's going to eventually dominate this league.

might have 10 years in him instead of 15+, but it'll be a crazy 10 years.

just hope he stays healthy. he's hulk.

some absolutely incredible performances.

the most incredible was Molly Siedel's (sp?) first marathon, earning a spot on the US Olympic Team. That is unreal.

blake riley also got the third spot for the men.

abdi gets to his 5th olympics.

rupp's win was so impressive. didn't think he'd get it done due to his health issues over the last few years.

that course looked so tough. hills everywhere.

the men still dropped some great times, crazy.

that 12'3 broad jump always blows my mind. can't imagine having that kind of power.

i remember training some powerful baseball player who got like 10'3 or 10'6.. i forget. whatever it was, looked nuts. 12' is on a whole different planet.

nfl athletes, best in the world.

the banana baby propagation continues.

my dad gave me one, now i have like 8 (5 full grown + 3 more babies getting ready to be separated).

it's crazy. you separate them, re-pot them, and there's no wilting or anything. they just adapt to their new environment immediately, no problems. that's my experience so far at least.
