I was with entropy in some sort of a school and we were entering the toilets in the school and eventually entropy entered a stall with this guy here at 0:51

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPx0PZok5BQ" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPx0PZok5BQ</a>

The guy on the right. And entropy jerked him off and that guy exited the stall and told me "dude... he jerked me off!" whispering - and I was like "who knew?!" (that entropy was gay).

And I remember up until that point entropy only entered women's stalls, but this time he made an exception just for this guy. Go figure.

The 2nd way is much better. There's no need for "CNS stimulation" - you can just use a heigher bench or, if not available, load yourself up with a weight vest if you want to increase the intensity of the depth jump.

But the actual correct mechanics are much more important. And the correct mechanics require a low ground contact time for a myriad of reasons - from more actual tendon contributions, or more use of the accumulated elastic energy, to teaching the CNS to fire quicker.

So that's the reasoning behind being quick on the depth jumps.

I was actually referring to seifullaah73 :P - the weights he squats are very light, that's why he can "afford" to relax in a paused squat. As soon as they get heavier, he'll find out that relaxing isn't really an option.

I hope Nutella was some sort of woman with a big butt

At the level he's at, he can probably "afford" to relax. The problem is that he's programming himself for injury soon enough.

You and your memory...

I'll make an effort to only eat 375g of Nutella per day instead of 750 from now on. That's only 2062.5 kcal.

PS. Sometimes high volume squatting has a weird reactive-bonus effect despite the high amount of fatigue. I remember adarqui reporting similar effects when doing MEBM 20 rep sets.
