paused squat 5x185, 5x195, 5x205, 5x195, 7x185
deadlift 3x185, 3x235, 3x8x235
went back to paused squat and regular deadlift for a change. Spent some quality time on my hip flexor and that helped. Played full court for about an hour and could taste blood in my mouth. slow and steady.
