jumps ~35
bench 2x185, 5x5x200
9/3/17 Sunday BW=171.6
jump squat 5x45, 5x95
squat 2x185, 1x225, 1x240, 5,5,3,5,5x210
trapbar deadlift 3x235, 1x275, 3x8x305
Still regressing in the squat. Few more pounds on the trap bar.
pretty sure I have actually jumped 6 weeks in a row. My low rim lob dunk is not too shabby.
