weird..the forum looks fine on my laptop, but.. on work computer, the sub-forum categories are wrecked.. need to fix that ASAP which might make the forum look a little funny, temporarily.

lol jup.. putting on mad-weight.

i figure ill just keep eating like a cow and put on as much muscle/strength as possible.. then re-evaluate in 6 months.. i'll of course continue to phase in jumps/reactive work/running etc, but i guess my number 1 focus should be on just putting on lean mass.

i can always shred-up 6 months from now and have fun with the relative strenf gains.

10/4/2012

didn't do anything.. fatigue = crazy high, fell asleep way early.. will probably do squat or activation stuff today, maybe a combo of both.

Basketball / Re: New lebron's cost $300, but it should be well worth it!

Yeah them hyperdunks + were very tempting. 3 months ago I said to myself that I was going to buy them for my birthday coming up this month, but now I won't because I love playing ball in my waffle racers and I know 250$ isn't really going to be worth it in the long run. I really don't like the Lebrons though, you might as well play in Timberlands.

lmao... $250 vs $29.. :D

29$ x 9 waffle racers = 1 hyperdunk

here's the link that shows pic examples... http://itunes.apple.com/ao/app/plyo-coach/id558736321?mt=8

and the only con to this is figuring out how to keep your phone tightly held to your core while jumping. It says to hold it there or use a fanny pack lol..

damn who performed those jumps, trainer mike?

ya i assume seconds/inches..

lmao @ fanny pack..

the official adarq.org fanny pack coming soon:

man technology is getting insane.. if this is somewhat accurate that's pretty sick that you can obtain this data from an app on a phone.

I downloaded it, I wonder how accurate it is. It also doesn't say if it's measuring in inches or some other increment.

Thanks for the heads up Scoob!!!

weird that it doesn't say what metric is being used lmao.

what does it display? can you give an example?

does it just say like: 30

(for vert).. what about GCT's.

^np man , always glad to help.

So i am inside a thread without being logged and i decide to post. If i login using the button in the same window the browser refreshes and goes back to the homepage. It would be very convenient if it stayed at the page i was already.
Current workaround : open logout window in new tab , login , close tab , refresh current tab , ??? , profit.

i'm surprised it doesn't do that by default.. wtf? i'll add that to my todo.. didn't get to do any mods yesterday, got something very important today that i needed to rest up for.. :F

i'll get that done eventually for sure.

pc man!

He doesn't even carry the ball.  and he could prob squat like 3000 lb with good form if he trained

no doubt.

The problem is, he might not be able to squat 45 plates b/c its too high for him even using the ground as rack.  What would be perfect is like a 500lb jumbo dumbell.

lmao 45 lb plats being too tall..... haahahahahahahah

pre-fatiguing my shoulders was a bad idea.... shoulders were DEAD.

10/3/2012

BW = 171
SORENESS = quads
ACHES/INJURIES = nothing really, back a little tight, right knee SLIGHTLY
FATIGUE = HIGH

SESSION:
Y T W 's : 10 lb @ 2 x F

SINGLE ARM DB OVERHEAD PRESS: (R=19, L=8), (R=12,L=4) <- lmao.

SINGLE ARM DB BENCH PRESS: 50 lb @ (R=14,L=13), (R=14,L=13)

SINGLE ARM DB NARROW ROW: 50 lb @ 2 x 15 each

SINGLE ARM DB CURL: 30 lb @ (R=9,L=10), (R=9,L=10)

done.

good numbers considers i *swoled* my shoulders up before the actual workout.. shoulders were pumped/toast.

man ive added alot of mass in the last 2 weeks.. it's pretty crazy.
