Also have you watched dexter ep1? spoiler: omg so crazy. you almost feel sorry for deb. they have done an amazing job with the start of the season.

bro, that episode was SICK.. this season looks like it's going to be way different than the previous seasons... i dont foresee him just hunting down one killer the entire season.. it looks more like he's on the verge of snapping and just kind of goes apeshit with all of the conflicting stuff going on..

dinner which is my 2nd meal of the day. Today it is rice w/ snow peas, potato & caulliflower and chicken, banana protein shake in lowfat milk.
This is pretty much how I eat most days, so i'm not starving myself, I just avoid the junk and let the caloric deficit do its work. Maybe when i'm closer to 10% i might have to eat like a bodybuilder w/ steamed veges and chicken breasts, but so far I haven't needed to thankfully. I owe most of my success to getting my breakfast right 100% and sticking to it day in day out without fail.

« on: October 03, 2012, 10:44:30 am »putting in youtube videos doesn't seem to be working. it's happened to me a couple of times now: copy past the url, highlight, click the youtube button on the toolbar, post, "#invalid youtube link#."
Might have nothing to do with the forum change, it happened in the past too. Could have been the link you copied from youtube, sometimes it appears as http , sometimes as https.
If i remember well htpps won't work , you have to manualy delete the s. That's what i do and then preview before post to be sure.
just figured it out....
people are pasting 'https://' youtube links now... wtf?
haha.. i'll have to fix that on parse.

can you give me an example of a url you're posting, which doesn't work?
i've been posting vids fine, but, it's probably the url im pasting is different than what you are pasting.. maybe you are pasting one of those 'embed' urls..either way, ill probably have to mod it to fix the kind of url you are pasting..

do the calculators pop up though? those work? that is odd about the calc icons....... they are just images on the server.. only idea on that is possibly clearing cache.
hope the calculators are working though, would suck if they aren't for some people.

SESSION #1:
- power skips on way to park
- felt pretty good.. legs getting stronger
- planned on doing this on theway back but it was pouring/lightning.
SESSION #2:
- ASS TO CALVES SSBAR SQUAT: 75 @ 2 x 5, 95 x 5, 115 x 10, 135 x 5, 155 x 5, 175 x 5, 195 x 5
- heels elevated on 25's instead of ten's.. helps alot for getting as deep as possible
- calve raises mix in throughout..
- ASS TO CALVES SSBAR SQUAT: 125 @ 2 x 10, 125 x 20
- with the 125 x 20 set.. i paused for like 10sec on rep 15 and on rep20.. nice
