bleh, annoyed, only did ten jumps before my hamstring & quad got crazy tight, and my low back was hurting like a mofo..... wanted to make my first single leg mix today :< f**k

single leg jumps.. landed 3 nice dunks

soreness = hamstrings slightly
aches/injuries = groin achy/sore
diet = bag chocolate almonds, chips +6 egg burrito, bag chocolate almonds, bag chocolate almonds + chips

I max squatted 275 pounds at 145. This has been my goal for a while. Now i need to just build that up to 275 3x5. OOOOOOOOOOHHHH YEAAHH

good job man.. ya 275 @ 3x5 @ 145 u'll be beastin.

bw = 148
soreness = hamstrings, GROIN, low back
aches/injuries = low back tight, groin crazy tight

diet = 3 hour walk with 12 lb vest (some light sprints mixed in and backpedal sprints), 6 egg burrito + PB, rested-max=275x10 + NGP=10, bw-exercises{4 sets of pmghr(5,5,5,5) + single leg calf raises(25-50) + hamstring iso(4 sets to failure), Pb



groin is CRAZY sore/tight.. lame/annoying.. resting completely tomorrow (saturday),  hoping to fly sunday..

some nice slrvj jumps from aug 30.. 2nd dunk is pretty high, i just threw it down weird.. some nice misses in there starting at 0:33

a few nice dlrvj misses but who cares.

Nope, he just planted different.   It caused a massive actin-myosin spiralling effect.  Isn't it amazing that after all these years of jumping he's discovered the secret to propelling himself to super freak level?

diet = hamburger burrito + 2tspn coffee, 2 teaspon coffee, dunks, 6 egg burrito + some cereal, tons of pmghr's/calf raises (~7 sets)

had some ok jumps today, slrvj, threw down a few nice ones.. not annoyed because:

1. my lower back/left hamstring is crazy sore
2. i hate jumping in 24hour fitness so i was bored
3. alot to worry about when dunking
4. wanted to dunk outdoor but it rained

when your leg buckles/gives out on slrvj's, it's so scary.. had one like 10min into max jumping, took ~15min for me to get back to jumping hard, lost some trust in it for a while.
