I get like 8-9 hours of sleep a night. I take a 30-90 minute nap a couple of times a week.

Oh Lu. You may hold some world records, be able to dip with 75kg like it's nothing and have a rad physique, but you fucking suck at wiff waff.

Klokov always has his left leg forwards. It's odd.

You can see this better from the reverse angle, but it pretty much looks like these guys squat entirely with knee action, but that the predominant motion is as much outwards as forwards, so they're sitting almost between their knees.

When are you getting oly shoes?

   4 x 500m 2 min rest in between (49,52,50 (i think), 48)

those times are not possible for 500m. they would be near-elite for 400m.

especially when he ran 14.41 the other day

well that goes without saying. i'd bet a large amount of money that no person has ever run 500m in even 52s, let alone 48.

edit: it appears that the indoor WR for 500m is 60.17s.

oh lol I misread it as 400m first time round. well that's something.

Being English I've read some LeCarre, though I think in a very different context from you. I'll revisit some soon.

You ever read DeLillo? He's got a weird approach to dialogue that a lot of people hate, but a lot of people (me included) love.

what did you read?

Is this the start of the greatest comeback since Lasse Viren in '72!?!

who

 :derp:

won the 5 and 10 in 72 and 76. In 72 he fell over/tripped and lost like 150m that he made up and won

Talk about not accurate. Did the Weight scale test today.

The upper Grip test show 13.8%
and the the Weight scale test show 17.6%

average.... 15.7% + or - 10% is still on the high side..

Still flat-out ignoring advice I see. You can measure your body fat in 100 different ways and the answer will be the same: you have fat to lose!

"is still on the high side"

He admits right there that he has fat to lose.

wtf according to that he only started training for athletics in October 2011 and started to "solely focus on the sport." in Jan 2012.
