had some nice jumps today, need to rest tomorrow though.. didn't bust out HD cam koz it looked like it was going to pour and im trying to save tape now on my canon hv30, those tapes are 2 for $20, annoying, digital cams are the way to go.

Finally hit my head on a backboard. Dunno the exact measurements, it might've hung a little low, but the rim was 9'10-11", so it couldn't've been that low. Regardless, that's probably at least a 37" vert. Definite PR.

congrats man, that's nasty.. bring that cam with you next time :) you reppin the pinos.

bw = 153
soreness = hamstrings slightly
aches/injuries = surprisingly right knee felt good all day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
diet = protein/water + 4 tspn coffee + crystal light, dunking + gatorade, protein/water, 4 eggs + 2 bread + olive oil, crunchy PB, 5 eggs + jalepeno + 3 bread + olive oil
 + black pepper, leg drain 20 minutes
sleep = 2 + 4 hours

felt surprisingly good today... was going to squat my (hopefully) 3x20 with 225 tonight, but too many mosquitos, have to do it tomorrow in day time.

is there any way around something like this? i want to film, they just put a dent in one of my projects.. :/

15642
here's an example somewhat:

1-step & 2-step:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tVt1HrBgCEc

3-step (and another 1-step):

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fREo6kHpzbM

the idea is to fix your plant in the 1-step then 2-step, then 3-step, then full etc...

that's what we're getting at basically.. i define things a little different than steven-miller, so, 1-step is 1 step then the plant and so on for 2-3/etc.
