soreness = hamstrings/calves
aches/injuries = right knee (better than yesterday)
diet = protein/water, 4 eggs + egg whites + 2 bread + ramen + gatorade, light run with dog, lots of PB, workout#1{half-squat=225@3x15 SS NGP=3x8, GB=2x100 SS CR=2x50}, protein/water, 2*ramen + 3 eggs + egg whites + gatorade

legs felt alot better today, weight flying back on because of carbs.. felt bouncy during light run with dog.. surprisingly knee didn't tweak once during that run, even wi
th light change of directions, was surprised, that's a good sign..

iced legs a few times.

i think the shirt idea is good, jut FIVERR in big black marker on a shirt so it's easily noticeable so whatever i'm saying, you see that.. i want to play around with stuff like this and see what happens so, gotta fig out a way to do it 'ethically'

After i get my first paycheck in a month or so i'll make Adarq say he loves Raptor, and that he gives that positive vibe to the forum. After that he'll say BRB XANAX...

You say this like it didn't already happened...

Adarqui needs to promote squatflex. How funny would that be? Instead of those who produce squatflex to pay him hundreds of dollars to do an ad for them, they pay him 5 bucks and that's it.

knee felt better today while dunking than yesterday.. submax dunks though, did like 20+, landed like 10 light ones

ADD THIS NOTE TO EVERY POST SO YOU KEEP REMEMBERING: ROTATE DUNKING EVERY OTHER DAY OR SO (every 3rd/4th day), ROTATE HIGH-SET SUBMAX SQUAT VOLUME (+ CALVE RAISES) WITH LOW-SET SUBMAX SQUAT VOLUME + DEPTH DROPS/REACTIVE WORK + GLUTE BRIDGES.

FOAM ROLL BEFORE EVERY WORKOUT, BASEBALL SMFR AFTER EVERY WORKOUT.

STANDING QUAD STRETCHING

STOP TESTING KNEE WITH SINGLE LEG SQUAT-TEST, IT AGGRAVATES IT.

EAT TONS OF EGGS.

NO JUMP ROPE, AGGRAVATES KNEE ISSUE.

dunking sucked but glad i could even jump.. right knee was bugging during warmups, more than usual for the dunk sessions, but then it disappeared.. regardless, CNS is weak right now.. need to submax my squats with volume to get back on track.. it's funny, like 1.5-2 weeks ago i murder 275 @ 5x10 and fly, right now 225x10 is hard.. but during that 275@5x10, prior i did 225@5x10, 245@5x10, then the 275@5x10.. going to stay submax now though.. will submax again tomorrow with depth drops etc, then dunk pretty good thursday probably.
