http://www.roadcycling.com/training/kneepain.shtml

Knee and hip pain are the most common cycling injuries, especially in the early season. The most common cause of knee and hip pain in cyclists is iliotibial band (IT band) syndrome. The IT band is a thick fibrous band of tissue, which runs on the outside of the leg from the hip to the knee. Pain is caused when the band becomes tight and rubs over the bony prominences of the hip (greater trochanter) and/or the knee (lateral epicondyle). Tight inflexible lower extremity muscles may worsen the condition. Pain may also be caused by inappropriate seat position, saddle position, cleat alignment, or by individual cyclist anatomy.

how to turn back time and not ride that bicycle? watching timecop right now to figure it out.

bw = 149
soreness = hamstrings
aches/injuries = right knee (less than last few days though), thighs/ITB beatup from SMFR
diet = protein/water, cheeseburger, dog walk + sprints with dog + 1 mile run, 4 eggs + egg whites on two pieces of oat bread, protein/water, workout#2{near-parallel-squat=275x1/295x1/315x1/335x1 SS NGP=6x5, CHINUPS=4x8 SS walking-lunges=BW@4x100 SS CR=135@4x20}, protein/water, cottage cheese, protein/water

happy about 335 x 1 given diet/knee/etc.. shifted to my right a bit though, good depth/speed.

knee only had one sharp+collapse today while testing it with SLSQ... iced it alot today.. that collapse came after 1 mile run... yesterday and day before, tons of collapses.

Boxing / Re: Haye-Klitschko Saturday
« on: July 01, 2011, 06:14:33 pm »
They will show Haye-Klitschko Saturday on HBO at 4:45 ET.  I'm not normally a fan of heavyweights but the pre-fight trash talk on this one has me wanting to watch.   They are also replaying it Saturday night but I'm sure u guys will be worried about watching the  cockfights.  So if you arent busy watch it on hbo or try to catch stream at 4:45 ET

ill be watching at 4:45pm hopefully..

the pre fight trash talk was epic, especially the kellerman interview on hbo between haye/klitschko..

klits will KO him.. though he's chinny, haye could connect, should be interesting.. still think klits by ko, ill go with round 8
