soreness = calves
aches/injuries = none, DURING SQUATTING: left lower back old injury, AFTER CALVE RAISES: freaking left big toe acting up painful god dammit
fatigue = lowdiet = protein/water-drink + 2tspn coffee + gatorade, 1 double espresso shot starbucks, dunking + protein/gatorade-drink, 2*protein/water-drink + gatorade, double chicken burrito + chips/guacamole, session{pin-7-squatting: 315x10 speed, 335 x 5, 225x5 speed, 275x5 speed, 225x5 speed, 275x5 speed, 225x5 speed, ... neutral grip pullups: 4 x 8, 2 x 5} + bw-exercises{FH=50,CR=70,FH=50,CR=90,FH=60,CR=90,FH=60,CR=80,FH=50,CR=80} , 2*protein/water-drink + 3 bananas + gatorade + 2 pieces of cheese (thick mozarrella), 2*protein/water-drink + 2 yogurt + gatorade
sleep = 8 hours
annoyed that my left big toe is freaking out after calve raises, the last thing i want is my toe bugging me again.. bleh!@$!@

335 x 5 after 315 x 10 for speed sucked.. but man speed really takes alot out of me, so not gonna worry about it much because my legs feel CRAZY strong.. 225/275 x 5 went up faster than yesterday.. uploading a vid of that shitty session to youtube right now.. but speed was even better today.. if im going to try and hit a max 10 i have to work up to it like normal then come back down and focus on speed, definitely cant do it if im hitting x10's for speed as workup.
