question...when i'm jumping lately i feel it in my VMOs a ton...is this a good thing a bad thing or a doesn't really matter type of thing?
well it's a good thing to feel them i guess, but if they are getting sore every session, i wouldn't consider that to be a good thing, that to me would sound like they are not "prepared" enough.

ya me too hah.. pretty close on those attempts, those were definitely my best attempts and now i actually like how it looked.. came in from a diff angle.. i wasn't liking the one from behind the backboard, this one i lobbed from right side - 3 point line (~45 deg angle to hoop or whatever).

Your first dunk in that video looked the highest I've seen so far. Maybe I'm wrong, but it looked like you were floating upwards lol

soreness = nothing
aches/injuries = nothing, AFTER TRAINING: left ankle real bad (old deltoid ligament injury area) fml
fatigue = low
diet = protein/water+4tspn-coffee + gatorade, dunking + protein/gatorade-drink, 2*protein/water-drink + gatorade, soup + grilled chicken salad at some fancy place (HORRIBLE PORTION SIZE) -> went to chipotle got a double chicken burrito, bw-exercises{Hyper-partials=100+100, hyper-partial+20lb=50+50+50+50+60+55+50+50}, 2*protein/water-drink + coconut water,
sleep = 9 hours
didn't squat last night, ankle is killing me.. not going to dunk today, ankle feeling alot better but still painful.. old deltoid-lig injury area flared up somehow.. going to squat today.. back to dunking tomorrow hopefully.
ice is really helping the area on my ankle tho so, icing alot.
