bw: 144
dinner:
- solid stir fry
- but had milk + chocolate cashews after and my stomach went nuclear
08:30 PM: light: 50 min w/ {2 x light mile @ 6:08, 6:29} mixed in ::: (road)

- mile 1: 6:08
- rest: ~1.5 mi jog
- mile 2: 6:29 (no watch)
- both relaxed. still felt it tho.
- fairly relaxed cadence.

12:00 AM - 01:30 AM: deep trigger point session
- deep/brutal, glutes/sacrum/hamstring
- using my new trigger point thing. got a big one and small one. gizmo thinks the small one is for him, and was chewing on it/trying to chase it down etc.
