right glute/hip/sacrum feeling alot better today. left glute feeling wrecked. wonder if i shifted the pain from right to left, like i had done way back shifting it from left to right. hope not. lol.

edit:

06:00 PM: ~40 minutes of treading water (pool cardio)
- nice fun
- also throwing dog toys in between without sinking

09:30 PM - 11:30 PM: mega lacrosse ball on sacrum/sacral spine/glutes
- about 2 hours while watching yt vids.. ehehe
- just trying to dig in to as many spots as possible

right glute/spine felt better than usual all day.

left glute felt janky/sore.

* strained my left glute a little on the 455 because i ran out of the oly plates and had to use the old hex plates. didn't spin the same way  and bar got a bit out of line on the concentric. had to correct form and got tired. not used to the hex plates anymore. been months since i used them.

damn! makes sense how something like that could throw you off.

how's it doing now? seems good?

.
i saw him 30 or so minutes earlier, but was too late to get a good photo. then he rides passed me again, dog barks at me lol, and i got a decent shot and some video. lmfao. dog seemed like a pro up there..

surprisingly good session considering how jacked up i feel.

11:15 AM: walk + some harder efforts (45-60s) + light mile at the end
- https://www.strava.com/activities/2671368685
- sweatshirt in the heat
- short hard efforts were ~12 mph (5:00 min/mi pace)
- light mile at the very end was 6:56 (decent!)

stretch:
- lots of pool stretching
- lots of intense adductor (split) stretching in the pool, taking the bw load off really helps

mfr:
- lacrosse ball sacrum/sacral spine/right glute
- hit some very good spots tonight

must keep attacking.

lots of yard work/house work today, 2 pool sessions (pool stretching as well - intense adductors/split stuff).

~30 min lacrosse ball on sacrum/sacral spine. gonna attack it hard the next few weeks.

ran w/ gizmo/james today after going to watch an XC meet.

we probably did 2 x ~half mile, hehe. gizmo is so fast if he wants to be. he was just chillin in this vid. he can really turn on the jets.

james is a meatball but loves to run more than gizmo does.

intense stretching today. AM session helped alot. tightened back up by the evening. then did some crazy stuff in the pool.

can really do some interesting stretches in the pool.. like standing glute stretch while lightly hopping up/down etc. felt pretty good. also did some intense adductor stretches in the pool.

blows my mind how it can disappear, come back, disappear, come back, etc. sacrum wrecked. lulz.
