My friend Scott (the crazy buff one that does throwing events in track) sent me a text during my track workout that read, "Guess who's in the emergency room :D"

That smiley face was sarcastic. He tore his right anterior deltoid doing dumbbell bench press with 100lb. db's. He was on his 12th rep....

Gunna me posting my progress,workout info, and videos here from now on. My goal is to reach a 45 inch running vert, and my long term goal is to earn a division 2 basketball scholarship.

dno it was ~45 degrees or so, could have had something to do with it.. either that or the insane amount of crystal meth i smoked 30min before dunking.

The routine he does from 3.20 on...that leg thing...fucking sick...so much flexibility, strength and co-ordination..

havn't seen that vid before, but that is a very 'refreshing vid', great vid.. simple, yet nice tips, but more than that, he seems like a really good guy.
